Formerly known as Project G.L.O.W., ARISE is a licensed, non-profit organization devoted to strengthening children, families, and the global community through education, advocacy, and adoption services.  As Project G.L.O.W., ARISE is a 2004 Angel in Adoption recipient of the Congressional Coalition of Adoption and part of the Congressional District Programs.  ARISE is also a Joint Council Member and serves orphans as well as children in complex blended families. To make a tax deductable donation toward orphan aid, please click here.
